Our eBikes typically reach speeds of 20–28 mph (32–45 km/h) depending on the model and local regulations.

2. Battery & Charging

Battery range varies by model, terrain, and usage, but most Hikers Bikes eBikes can travel 25–60 miles (40–95 km) on a single charge.

Charging usually takes 4–6 hours for a full charge.

Yes, most of our eBikes come with removable batteries for easy charging and security.

Maintenance & Support

eBikes require basic bicycle maintenance plus occasional checks on electrical components. We recommend regular servicing to keep your bike in top condition.

Yes, Hikers Bikes LLC offers technical support for all bikes we sell.

 We offer a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects on the frame, motor, and battery. Warranty duration may vary by model.

4. Orders, Shipping & Returns

Yes, we ship across the United States, Canada & Puerto Rico. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. 

We offer a return window (e.g., 14–30 days) for unused bikes in original condition. Please review our return policy page for full details.

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

5. Payments & Financing

We accept major credit/debit cards / TT Wire Bank Transfer, and secure online payments via Stripe.

At the moment we don't support financing payment plan.
