Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy

a. In order to undertake a valid return and receive a refund, you must start the return process by contacting HBLLC at support@hikesbikes.com. No refund will be issued for any merchandise sent back to HBLLC that does not follow the above return process.

b. Order Cancellations: Online purchases made on our website at https://hikesbikes.com cannot be modified or cancelled once an order is placed. This cancellation policy applies to online purchases for ebikes and accessories. Preorders ship based on the estimated time listed on the product page. In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days of payment confirmation.

c. Return to Sender / Refused Shipment: If an order is returned to the sender (HBLLC) or you refuse to accept delivery of the shipment, you will be responsible for paying return shipping fees on the merchandise. See applicable Return Shipping fee Schedule in subsection (h).

d. Non-Returnable Merchandise: HBLLC will not accept returns of Thule Yepp Maxi Child Seats or helmets (any brand). Any spare or replacement parts purchased are not refundable or returnable to HBLLC. It is your responsibility to ensure order accuracy of spare or replacement parts (including but not limited to spare batteries, gift cards, and built & delivered or pro-built fees).

e. Returns of New Bike: A customer may return any new bike to HBLLC within 30 days of receipt of the bike. The bike must be in new condition and in original packaging. Customers will be responsible for paying the $149 return shipping fees on the returned bike. See below subsection (h) for Return Shipping Fee Schedule. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

f. Returns of Used Bike: A customer may return any bike that has been ridden to HBLLC within 30 days of receipt of bike as long as the bike has less than 20 miles on the odometer. The customer will be responsible for paying the $149 return shipping fees (see below subsection (h) for Return Shipping Fee Schedule) and a restocking fee of 30% of the original purchase price of the bike. The return shipping fee and the restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

g. Returns of Accessories and Merchandise: A customer may return any new or used accessories or merchandise to HBLLC within 30 days of receipt of the item, except as follows: HBLLC will not accept returns of Thule Yepp Maxi Child Seats or helmets (any brand). HBLLC will not accept returns of used Hollywood Rack bike racks. Bike racks must be new, unused, and in the original packaging to qualify for return. Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping fees on the returned item and a restocking fee of 30% of the original purchase price on the item(s). See below subsection (h) for Return Shipping Fee Schedule.  The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

h. Spare Parts. Spare parts are not eligible for returns.

i. Return Shipping Fee Schedule: A return shipping fee will be assessed for any return (new or used) of merchandise to HBLLC. Shipping charges are based upon the merchandise/item weight and type. Please review below for return shipping fees for each item type:

For example:

If you return 2 accessories on May 1 and then return 1 accessory on May 15, you will be charged $10 for each shipment, for a total of $20.

j. Refunds: (1) Any item returned with an order that used a discount code will have the entire discount code value subtracted from the refund value, whether you return one ebike or multiple ebikes. (2) Refunds will be made after the ebike is received and inspected.

k. Process: Please ship all approved returns using the shipping label provided during the return merchandise authorization process.
