1. Free Shipping on All Orders

Hikers Bikes LLC provides FREE shipping on every order no minimum purchase, no conditions, no hidden fees. Every electric bike and eTrike we sell ships free to customers in the contiguous United States and Canada. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Free shipping is included on:

  • All electric bikes (eBikes) and eTrikes
  • All orders regardless of price
  • All deliveries to the contiguous 48 United States
  • All deliveries to Canada

Alaska and Hawaii: Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship free via standard service. If your location incurs a carrier remote-area surcharge, we will contact you before processing and will not charge anything without your explicit approval.

2. What We Sell

Hikers Bikes LLC sells electric bikes and eTrikes exclusively. We carry brands including Amflow, Bulls, Gazelle, Lectric, Orbea, Rad Power Bikes, Riese & Müller, Tern, Urban Arrow, and Velotric. We do not sell accessories, helmets, parts, or merchandise separately.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays. Orders placed after business hours on Friday, or over the weekend, are processed on the next available business day.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email immediately after purchase
  • A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once the order ships
  • Automated delivery status updates from the carrier

Preorders ship based on the estimated date shown on the product page. We will notify you by email if the preorder ship date changes.

4. Shipping Carriers

We ship via FedEx Ground for all eBike and eTrike orders. FedEx tracking numbers typically begin with a numeric digit (for example: 1234 5678 9012). We are unable to select or guarantee a specific carrier or delivery speed beyond our standard free shipping service.

To manage your delivery preferences after your order has shipped, you can use the FedEx Delivery Manager at fedex.com to request a hold at a FedEx location, set a vacation hold, or add delivery instructions.

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier capacity, weather, or other factors outside our control. We will notify you promptly if we become aware of a significant delay on your order.

6. Tracking Your Order

Your tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. It may take up to 3 business days for tracking to show movement after the label is created. If there is no movement after 7 business days, please contact us at support@hikersbikesllc.com.

7. Delivery Issues

Package marked delivered but not received

Check around your property including side doors, garages, and with neighbors. If the package is still not found after 24 hours, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation.

Stolen package

File a police report and contact your renters or homeowners insurance. Then reach out to us at support@hikersbikesllc.com so we can work with FedEx on your behalf.

Wrong item received or item arrived damaged

Email us at support@hikersbikesllc.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, the box, and the packing slip. We will resolve it at no cost to you.

8. Address Changes

If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately at support@hikersbikesllc.com and we will do our best to update your address. Address changes to a different state or province cannot be approved after order confirmation.

Once an order has shipped, address changes are very limited. You may be able to use FedEx Delivery Manager to request a pickup hold at a FedEx location.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet shipped. Contact us immediately at support@hikersbikesllc.com with your order number to request a cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for return options.

10. Currency and Taxes

All U.S. prices are listed in USD. Canadian customers may switch to CAD pricing using the currency selector on our website. Sales tax is applied where required by law. Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, GST/HST, or provincial taxes, which may be collected by the carrier at delivery.
